Privacy policy

In short: I collect only what is strictly necessary to sell you the program and give you access. No trackers, no ads, no resale of data. Your answers, your progress and your voice memos stay in your browser.
1. Who is responsible
The program is operated by Louis-Félix Gilbert, who is also the person in charge of the protection of personal information. For any question or request: louis-felix.gilbert@outlook.com, or by mail at 122, rue Jean-Pierre, Val-d’Or (Quebec) J9P 0C1.
2. What I collect, and why

3. What I do not collect
- Your answers, your progress, your voice memos and your exports. They are saved in your browser (local storage and IndexedDB) and are never sent to my servers. I cannot read them. If you clear your browser data, they disappear: remember to export your data.
- Your microphone. The platform asks for microphone access only when you record a voice memo. The audio stays in your browser.
- Your browsing behavior. No analytics tool, no advertising pixel, no profiling, no location tracking.
4. Cookies and trackers
This showcase site sets no cookies. Its fonts are hosted on my own servers: your visit contacts no third-party service such as Google Fonts.
The platform uses a single cookie, named “session”. It is strictly necessary to keep you signed in, lasts 12 months at most and is erased when you sign out. There are no advertising or analytics cookies: that is why no consent banner is shown to you.
5. YouTube content
In the platform, video thumbnails are loaded from YouTube's servers, which belong to Google. By displaying them, your browser sends your IP address and technical information to Google. When you open a video, you land on YouTube, where Google's privacy policy applies.
6. Emails
After your purchase, you receive your code and your order summary. I may also write to you about the program, for example to help you get started or to ask for your opinion. To stop receiving these messages, simply reply “unsubscribe”. I send no advertising for other companies and I give your address to no one.
7. Providers and transfers outside Quebec
I do not sell, rent or trade any personal information. To run the service, I use the following providers, located outside Quebec, which process your information on my behalf and under their own privacy commitments:
- Stripe (payment), mainly in the United States and Ireland;
- Cloudflare (hosting of the site, the platform and the database), in the United States and across its global network;
- Resend (sending emails), in the United States;
- Google / YouTube (thumbnails and videos), in the United States.
This information may therefore be stored outside Quebec and be accessible to the authorities of those countries under their laws. I choose these providers for the protections they offer, I entrust them with the minimum necessary, and I reassess that choice if their situation changes.
8. How long I keep it
- Your purchase record (email, code, date, transaction ID): as long as your access exists. After a refund or the end of your access, I keep only the proof of the transaction, for 6 years, for my tax obligations.
- Session data: replaced with each new sign-in, erased with your access.
- Feedback form responses: 3 years at most, or less on request.
- Our email exchanges: as long as needed to reply to you, 3 years at most.
At the end of these periods, the information is deleted.
9. Security
Encrypted connections (HTTPS), randomly generated access codes, a limited number of sign-in attempts, a session cookie protected against being read by scripts, and data access reserved to the person in charge. No measure is perfect: if a confidentiality incident presented a risk of serious harm, I would notify you, as well as the Commission d'accès à l'information.
10. Your rights
You can at any time:
- find out what information I hold about you and receive a copy, including in a structured format;
- have it corrected if it is inaccurate;
- withdraw your consent and ask for its deletion, subject to what the law requires me to keep;
- find out who has access to it and why.

11. Minors
The program is intended for adults. I do not knowingly collect information about people under 14.
12. Changes
If this policy changes significantly, the date at the top of the page is updated and buyers are notified by email.
